Making time

Ships in 5–7 days. Pieces ordered in a Custom size take a little longer: we contact you for your measurements first, and the making time starts once we have them.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders usually arrive in 7–12 business days worldwide. These are estimates from our couriers; holidays, weather and customs checks can add a few days.

Shipping costs

• Tracked worldwide shipping: $9.99 per order.
• Free shipping on orders of $60.00 or more (after any discount).
• The exact shipping cost is always shown in your cart before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with a trusted international courier. When your parcel leaves the workshop, we share the courier and tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside our country may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and are paid by the recipient on delivery. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, the cost of returning it may be deducted from any refund.

Your address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page as soon as possible. We can change the address until the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't moved for a while or arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page with your order number and, for damage, a few photos. We'll take it up with the courier and make it right.
