We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information. Here are the details.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number and shipping address, plus what you ordered and any discount code you used.
- When you pay: PayPal handles the payment. We receive a confirmation of the payment, not your card or bank details.
- When you write a review: the name, city, rating and text you enter.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us, such as your measurements for a Custom size.
Your cart and wishlist
Your cart and wishlist are saved in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. They aren't sent to us until you check out. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you pay, PayPal may set its own cookies under PayPal's privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To make, ship and deliver your order, and to contact you about it (for example to ask for your measurements).
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To keep the records we must keep for accounting and tax.
- To show approved reviews on our website.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- PayPal: to take your payment, including your name, shipping address and the order total.
- Our couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex or USPS): your name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
- Our technology providers: Supabase stores our order database and Netlify hosts this website. They store data for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
We don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your order, handle returns, and meet accounting and tax rules. Reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it (except what we must keep by law). To ask, message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
