We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, here is how we sort it out.

Standard sizes: 30-day returns

You can return pieces bought in a standard size (XS to 3XL) within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached. Trying a piece on at home is fine.

Made-to-measure (Custom size) pieces

Pieces ordered in a Custom size are made to your measurements and can't be resold, so they can only be returned if they are faulty or don't match the measurements you gave us. If a custom piece doesn't fit as expected, message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page and we'll do our best to adjust it.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the shipping costs.

How to return something

  • Contact us with your order number and what you'd like to return. Please wait for our return address before sending anything.
  • Pack the piece carefully and send it with a tracked service, and keep the tracking number.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund you through PayPal to the original payment method (PayPal balance or card). We'll let you know when the refund is sent. Your bank or card may take a few more business days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the piece for a refund and place a new order. If you'd rather exchange directly, message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page and we'll arrange it.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind before your order ships? message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page as soon as possible. If we haven't started making your piece, we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once work has begun on a made-to-measure piece, we may not be able to cancel it.
